   Kapampangan is well known for its unique delicacy and lovers of spicy food.As a spicy lover like me, I really want to try Pampanga’s cuisine. But Good News, now you don’t have to fly to Luzon just to experience Kapampangan Sisig because there’s an authentic Kapampangan Sisig in Davao City. Try Davao’s authentic Kapampangan Sisig at Abuelo’s.  By the way, Sisig is a Filipino delicacy from parts of a pig’s face and belly, and chicken liver which usually seasoned with lemon or kalamansi, onions and chili peppers. Some also prefer to put whole raw egg on sisig while its burning hot. Sisig is actually originated from the region of Pampanga in Luzon.

Sagul Bistro

Sagul Bistro KIDAPAWAN   We went to Sagul Bistro for our last gathering together with the North Cotabato Province staff before heading back to my hometown in Davao City. It’s a very sunny day at that time and Sagul Bistro’s freezing cold air conditioning really saves my day. At that time its kinda crowded since we went there at lunch time. Sagul Bistro Kidapawan is a nice place and have friendly crew to serve you with a smile. Its hard to eat though thinking that all the happy memories you had with your new friends would be the last at that moment. Its like a last supper story in the Bible. But the foods of Sagul Bistro really ruin my sentiments because of its heavenly taste. We ordred Sizzling Beef Mushroom in White Sauce, Chicken Quesadillas, Buffalo Wings, Sinigang Hipon, One Whole Chicken, and Sagul Garden Salad.
